Livia worked with us tirelessly to find the perfect home. When we were unable to mett one of our key desires (a big yard) she went knocking door to door on certain streets to see if any homeowners were willing to sell. You don't find many realtors willing to invest so much time for their clients. Livia went above and beyond our expectations, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Livia did an excellent job representing us while selling our condo and we were very happy with how well everything went. On a note of constructive criticism, Livia had mentioned to us to get all of the condo documents in order when we listed the place. The condo was up on the market for more than a month, so when we went to give those documents to the buyer's realtor, a number of those documents were out of date and had to be repurchased because they'd expired, which ended up costing us another couple of hundred dollars. It's not a big deal, but perhaps in the future suggest holding off on purchasing those documents until a firm deal is met so sellers don't have to repurchase. Livia, thanks so much for all of your help. We really appreciate it!

Brendan was absolutely wonderful to me and my children. He was very kind, considerate and was willing to do anything I asked him to do for me. He was on the ball at all times and it didn't matter whether it was day or night, he was there for me when I requested to view a home or had questions regarding other properties. He walked me through everything with both selling and buying. He put up with my complaining, and that was really great, I felt bad for him alot of times with having to put up with me!!! I believe that I have found a new friend. Truly a valuable man. Thanks for everything:)

Brendan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He possess an impressive knowledge of the market, but also knows how to navigate it for you. He allows you to take the time to see each property, but provides additional information that really solidifies your opinion of each viewing. When it came time to place an offer, he provided excellent advice in terms of comparable properties, reasonable prices, and how to proceed in negotiations. His experience really came into play during the closing - he was very organized, which really helped expedite the process. I have already recommended him to friends, and look forward to working with him again in the future.
