My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month. Our plan was to find a short term rental for 3 months while we would start house hunting with our chosen realtor, Dave Peterson. As it turned out Dave had us moving into our new home within 2 weeks of starting our hunt! Something I thought totally impossible. I'm sure for a lot of people, buying their first home can be a very stressful experience, for us Dave took care of everything. The whole team is great. I'm not sure Cheryl ever sleeps. The best thing is they were with us from beginning to end. From the sale of our home to the purchase of our new home.
